What a beautiful day it was overall at the Knotts Island Seafood Festival, great job ruritan and "hats off" to Wendy from organizing All vendors to ensuring that all/ any concerns where addressed. We have such an awesome county! Had some great conversations and hang out time with locals, vendors, and even had some one on one time with fellow "new kids on the block," commissioner candidates Kim Moore ( District 3) and Jim Hutson (District 5, yes we are competing, however this is the way it should be, because at the end of day, we need to stick together, in support of what is best for our county and the awesome folks who live in it). Said it before and I'll say it again, we have awesome talent and resources, in Currituck.
