🍎✨ Teacher Appreciation Week ✨🍎

This week, we honor the hearts behind our classrooms—the teachers who show up each day not just to educate, but to encourage, support, and love our children as their own. They wipe tears, celebrate victories, build confidence, and quietly make a difference in ways that will last a lifetime.

A small gesture can mean so much. We encourage each family to send a little something with your child this week—a handwritten note, a favorite snack, or a simple gift—to remind their teacher just how deeply they are appreciated.

Our teachers give so much of themselves every single day. Let’s take this week to pour a little love back into them. 💛

We’re ready to kick off testing with some fun, energy, and a little Outer Banks-inspired spirit! Check out the flyer below for all our themed dress-up days and join us as we make this week exciting for our students.

Let’s encourage our kids to show up, try their best, and shine bright, because effort matters and they are capable of amazing things!

📣 Calling all Blue Jay fans! Everyone who joins our pep section tomorrow night during all SES volleyball games will be entered into a drawing for $50 and a bluejay volleyball shirt! Drawing will take place immediately after the game. There will also be cash awards for:

👑 Hype King/Queen 👑 - will be given to the loudest fan in the crowd

🥇 Spirit Drip MVP 🥇- will go to the fan with the most over-the-top Bluejay outfit/face paint.

Any students who didn’t get to experience the Library of Horrors last night or if you want a second tour, it will be returning today! 👻

Send a permission slip back with your child this morning with admission fee for them to attend. It was a huge hit last night!

During our Fall Carnival, the 8th Grade will be hosting a Haunted House that’s sure to send a chill down your spine!
Students in grades 3–8 can brave the scares Friday during school hours — but only with a signed permission slip!
All proceeds go to support our 8th Grade class.
Come get your spook on and help a great cause! 🕸️
