Congratulations to these guys for completing 64 hours of Basic Firefighter Training. Big congratulations to Mulberry Fire Station's own Payton Scott. These guys move on to Live Burn to become Tennessee Firefighters. Congratulations guys and congratulations to All of the Instructors.

These volunteers along with our volunteer instructors just completed 64 hours of basic firefighting. The class started on March 30 and over the course of nights and weekends finished up on May 26th. The class will be completed June 6th and 7th as they will be at the state fire academy for 16 more hours of hands on training. At the end of this weekend these group will have spent at a minimum 96 hours of training to meet the state minimum requirements for a firefighter. Congratulations to these new volunteers and thank you to the instructors who give of their time to lead classes like this.

🦅⚠️ Eagle Scout Project Opportunity ⚠️🦅

Mulberry Community is in desperate need of a landing pad for Emergency Flight Operations. We would like to extend our hand to help an Eagle Scout in the area to earn a Community Service Badge while helping the Mulberry Community gain a landing pad for helicopter services like Life Flight, Air EVAC, and Survival Flight. This would be a vital assest to the Mulberry Community serving Mulberry, Booneville, Crystal Ridge and more. Just a reminder, Members of Mutual Aid are traveling around Mulberry, Booneville, and the Crystal Ridge areas on behalf of Mulberry Fire Department. This a fundraiser sanctioned by our station to help gather funds to buy equipment for the station and trucks. Please don't be alarmed when you see them.
