Muldrow Police Department Mourns the Loss of Retired Officer E.J. Keith
It is with profound sadness that the Muldrow Police Department announces the passing of retired Police Officer E.J. Keith.
E.J. dedicated many years of his life to serving and protecting the citizens of Muldrow and Sequoyah County. He began his law enforcement career with the Muldrow Police Department, where he earned the respect and admiration of both his fellow officers and the community through his professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to public service. Later, he continued his service as a Reserve Deputy with the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office before returning to the Muldrow Police Department, where he remained a valued member of our law enforcement family as a retired officer.
Those who had the privilege of serving alongside E.J. will remember him for his genuine kindness, humble spirit, and willingness to help others. He was the type of officer who quietly made a difference—not only through his service to the community but also through the friendships he built and the encouragement he gave to those around him. His character, integrity, and dedication left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Today, we honor E.J.’s life, his service, and the legacy he leaves behind. His contributions to this department and our community will never be forgotten.
