Bailey County Electric Cooperative “Owned by those we serve!" Bailey County Electric was organized in 1938. The co-op serves Bailey, Castro, Cochran, Lamb and Parmer Counties. in Muleshoe, TX.

Miles of Line Energized – 2,814 including 174 miles of transmission line and 254 miles of underground line

Our delegates are mid-week into the 2026 Youth Tour. They left Austin on a charter flight on the newly painted Southwest plane honoring the 250th birthday of our great country! They've already seen so much including monuments, been on Capitol Hill, the Marine parade at Iwo Jima, experienced a cruise and more! Stay tuned for more updates from our students!

It's mid-week on the 2026 Youth Tour and our delegates are seeing so much!

They left on a charter flight from Austin on Sunday on the new Southwest plane dedicated to honor the 250th birthday of our great country! They've visited several monuments, taken a Potomac cruise, met with their leaders on Capitol Hill, see the Marine's parade at the Iwo Jima Memorial, and so much more! They are learning about our country and meeting so many new people. We cannot wait to see what the rest of the week brings. Stay tuned for more photos!
