Rescue 39-2 responded to the 300 Block of Bridgeton Pike for a MVC, vehicle into a building. Crews arrived and secured power and water. The scene was turned over to Elk Twp Police and construction officials. No injuries were reported.

Ferrell and Aura Fire Companies responded to Aura Road for a trailer full of hay on fire. Thanks to some close by machinery to step in and help out.

Tender-Engine 39-2 responded into West Deptford for a large brush fire as part of the county structural protection task force. Crews remained in service for just over 5 hours.

Just after 1am, Elk Twp. task force 39 was dispatched to Willow Grove Road for a dwelling fire. Chief 39-2 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire and upgraded the assignment, bringing additional resources to the scene. Crews arrived quickly and brought the fire under control and kept the fire to the garage. The residence sustained significant heat and smoke damage to the entire structure. One victim was transported to the emergency room for smoke inhalation. Great work by all firefighters and EMS on scene.

🚧🚨 Hardingville Road (CR 538) in Elk Twp is closed between Whig Lane and Clems Run due to a serious commercial crash involving a utility pole with downed wires. Critical injuries have been reported.

County Hazmat is on scene assisting fire crews with minor spills. The roadway will be closed for a unkown period of time due to the investigation.
