Celebrating K9 Dunkin's 6th Birthday!

Our favorite furry officer, K9 Dunkin, turns 6 today! His handler can't attend Harrison Township Day, so unfortunately you will not be able to see him at 5PM like originally scheduled. Luckily for Dunkin, this means more birthday belly rubs and treats!

Fresh off the heels of his promotion on Monday, Cpl. Foster was dispatched to an animal complaint at the ShopRite parking lot. A kitten was in the engine compartment of a vehicle, and the caller was unable to get it out. Upon arrival, the Harrison Township Fire Department was already on scene working on putting the vehicle on stilts to get the kitten free. Eventually, Corporal Foster was able to get the kitten free, and it was turned over to Gloucester County Animal Control.
The kitten may be up for adoption soon, but we'll be keeping the Corporal.
