There were 42 states that sent out additional SNAP benefits to help their residents to feed their households. Indiana was not on that list!
Nor were Indiana residents on any list to increase disability payments or the additional help for workingclass residents and families that other communities received additional fundings to help with rising cost for food, gas, utilities and some even received coverage paid for their outrages medical expenses!
Unfortunately over the past years since this was started to put an additional $1000 dollars or more in selective families households by corporations, rich investors for tax write offs or additional government assistance Indiana has never received any of this.
While we the poorest of our community and most times the sickest or disabled are the ones giving and providing the volunteer services that are needed; when nonprofits aren’t able to provide!
There for we definitely need someone or corporations and billionaires to seek out and invest in our state. Especially our city and county!
This s something worth looking into. Sincee Illinois & Michigan two surrounding states with much higher living cst wages have and continue to receive help because they put in the work for their American families!
How can we get government and organizations to help our working class?
