Christian Ministries of Delaware County A non-profit, social service organization that provides services to low income and/or homeless individuals and families in Muncie and Delaware County. to 1 p.m.

Christian Ministries of Delaware County, Inc. was founded in 1945 as a coalition of churches, organizations, and individuals. Today CMDC provides emergency assistance for the hungry through our Food Pantry, which is open every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and every Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Assistance for the homeless with emergency shelters for single women, and

single men without children and family shelters for men and women with children. Emergency assistance is also available to help with rent and utilities one time per year. Food, clothing, household items, personal care items, and cleaning supply donations may be dropped off during business hours: 9 a.m.

MEATS - ground beef, ground turkey, hot dogs, sausage, canned tuna and chicken

Canned vegetables and fruits
Ramen Noodles
Boxed pastas especially spaghetti
Pasta Sauce
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Cereal and Oatmeal

Donations can be dropped off Monday thru Friday 9 am to 1230 pm at 401 E Main Street, Muncie. Questions call 765-288-0601.

Early this morning Muncie Hub was hit by a car. The Hub will be closed today and potentially longer as a result but we will be opening the lobby of the Mission today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) until 7:00pm as a cooling station.

Our Men’s Emergency Sleeping Room has closed for the season. We will re-open in October. All other services (food pantry, rent & utility assistance, and family shelter) are all open as usual. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 1 pm. Our food pantry hours are Tuesdays 10 am to 1230 pm and Wednesday thru Friday 9 am to 1230 pm. Any questions please call our office at 765-288-0601 during normal business hours.
