The Muncie Ethics Advisory Committee has released a draft covering the structure of a proposed Ethics Commission, it's jurisdiction and authority, and enforcement procedures. The Committee is seeking feedback from anyone with an interest in these issues. You can download the draft at our page on the city website: https://www.muncie.in.gov/department/board.php?structureid=99

Feedback will be most helpful if we can receive it at or prior to our July 18 meeting. Instructions for submitting your comments are in the draft.

The Muncie Ethics Advisory Committee has prepared a draft set of ethics standards for inclusion in the ethics ordinance we are charged with drafting and presenting to the City Council later this year.

Your feedback will be most helpful to us if we can receive it at or before our next meeting on May 9.

You can give us your feedback at the meeting or you can email it to Chip Taylor ([email protected]) and he'll share it with the rest of the committee.
