High-Occupancy Apartment Building Fire

12 occupied units were deemed uninhabitable, and the building's fire protection system sustained severe damage, putting the remaining occupants at risk of full evacuation.

When every hour matters, calling the right team can make all the difference.

Our project managers and emergency response crews mobilized immediately, working alongside building representatives and contractors to restore critical fire system functionality and stabilize the property.

The result?

-Fire protection systems restored quickly
-Other residents were able to remain safely in their homes
-Nearly 95% of displaced residents were back home within just 48 hours!
