Munday Housing Authority Munday Housing Authority owns and operates 75 public housing apartments regulated by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Residents have a choice of income based rent, or flat rent. All rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and gas. A $150.00 security deposit is required on all apartments. Munday Housing Authority also owns and operates 34 USDA-Rural Development units. All rent is income based. Rental assistance may be available. Some apartments are handicap accessible. Munday Housing Authority is an equal opportunity provider in compliance with all federal and state laws.

The water will be off on Friday, July 31 around 10:30 am for Apartments 2A-9C. We anticipate the repairs will take approximately 30 minutes. 🧰🔨🪏.

Happy Tuesday morning! The electricians will be starting at apartment 9 and 10 on N 13th and working their way south today. 🌸 We understand and apologize for this inconvenience, but in the long run, it is an improvement in the safety of the apartments. Thanks! ☺️

Crownover Services will start electrical upgrades today in HUD apartments.  This is a mandatory update that must be completed before inspections on Thursday. Please do not refuse entry or ask them to come at a later time because they have 75 to get done. As always, your cooperation is appreciated as we make these repairs and improvements. 😍  Call the office if you have any concerns.

Edited to add: a licensed electrician from Wichita Falls will be on site Tuesday and Wednesday to assist, as well as more helpers.
