In addition to calls and weekly meetings, the department also TRAINED in Vehicle Patient Extrication, Confined Space/Black-out Conditions, Pumper Operations, Rural Pumper Engine Filling/Tending, Structure Fire Venting, & Structure Fire "Hidden" Hazards.
Our Primary Response area is 102 square miles, but we frequently are first called to incidents along US-277 towards Goree, TX & south towards Weinert, TX. The department consists of 18 volunteers currently.
