This summer, we are offering a free childcare program to the Munhall Area community. Our site is open to individuals 18 years or younger. We invite you to bring your child to enjoy a summer of friendships, nutrition, and fun activities. The program will operate from June 22nd to August 7th, Monday through Thursday, 12pm - 1pm. FREE CPR CERTIFICATION FOR MUNHALL & HOMESTEAD RESIDENTS

In celebration of 30 years of service to our community, Munhall Area Prehospital Services (M.A.P.S.) is proud to offer FREE CPR certification classes for Munhall and Homestead residents.

💲 Cost:
• Munhall & Homestead Residents — FREE
• Non-Residents — $100 per student

As part of our mission to make Munhall and Homestead the safest places to have a medical emergency, we want to certify as many community members as possible with lifesaving CPR skills.

Traffic Alert for waterfront!!!

🦺🦺🦺TRAFFIC ADVISEMENT🦺🦺🦺

This Sunday May 17th beginning at 8:00 am Waterfront Drive will be closed at the first entrance to Lowe’s coming from the flyover down to Sandcastle Drive for a 5K race on waterfront drive. The stores will be open but Waterfront Drive will be closed until 11:30. Anybody shopping down the waterfront will have to use other ways to get around the waterfront. Again there will be no access to waterfront drive from Munhall too the West Homestead part of Waterfront Drive. Areas circled in blue will allow you access to the waterfront apartments or to the waterfront stores. You can also use Amity Street as an access point.

PennDOT will begin sealing Brierly Lane and Whitaker Way mid-to-late May and will last throughout the summer.
