Mindful Care Adult Day Services - a program of Elders First Most participants have some memory loss or other functional incapacities of age.

MINDFUL CARE Adult Day Services (aka Elders First) provides a supervised daytime program of compassionate care in Rutherford County to individuals age 60+ who are experiencing age-related mental or physical impairments. MINDFUL CARE Adult Day Services (ADS) provides a five day-per-week social model adult day center that enrolls persons age 55+ who are in need of a supervised setting, activities,

loving care, and friendship. We strive to be a key provider of an alternative to institutional long-term care services in Rutherford County so that elders are able to remain living at home. Caregivers have relief and their loved one is nurtured by an experienced staff at our center.
