Centennial Adultcare Center Murfreesboro Centennial Adultcare Center - Murfreesboro is an alternative or supplement to home care, assisted living, or nursing home.

Staffed by nurses, nursing assistants and caregivers, we allow individuals to remain living at home and give care partners a break! Centennial Adultcare Center is an organization of trained professionals dedicated to providing our members with a high quality, innovative, and comprehensive program of social and therapeutic services in a safe and caring environment. Since 1991, our Adult Day Health

Care program allows members to participate in a structured daily program including a wide range of physical and mental activities, socialization, and games designed to put the fun and activity back into their lives. We provide our members with assistance with the day to day activities of daily life while preserving their individual dignity and providing much deserved and needed respite and peace of mind for their caregivers and families. Centennial Adultcare Center is designed to fill the gap between living alone at home, or with a caregiver, and full-time institutionalization in a costly nursing facility. Our fun, activity filled day and time spent with new friends brings a smile back to their faces, all at a fraction of the cost of other long-term care options.

At Centennial, every day is an opportunity to make memories. Where every day brings a reason to smile! 😊

From physical exercise and cognitive activities 💪🧘‍♂️ to BINGO, games, and group activities 🎲🎉, our members have been keeping their minds and bodies active while enjoying time together.

Today in Music Therapy, we took a moment to remember and honor the legendary singer, Dolly Parton! 💕🎤

Our members had a blast playing Music Bingo featuring some of Dolly’s greatest hits! 🎵🎉 From singing along to recognizing familiar favorites, it was a fun-filled time of music, memories, laughter, and connection. ❤️
