Attention Jackson County business owners — are you up to date on your required employment postings?
Illinois and federal law require employers to display certain notices in the workplace. These aren't optional — and staying current protects both your employees and your business.
Jackson County has made it easy. You can download all required posters for free right from the county website, including:
State of Illinois Posters:
Employee Rights, Employee Classification, Paid Leave for All Workers Act, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Pregnancy, Temporary Worker, OSHA, and Choking
Federal Posters:
Minimum Wage, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, USERRA, Polygraph, Disabled, and more
Print them, post them, and stay compliant.

On this Memorial Day, the Jackson County State's Attorney's Office pauses to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. The freedoms we protect in our courtrooms every day exist because of their sacrifice. We are grateful. We will never forget. In observance we are closed today, Monday May 25th.
