Yesterday’s crew flew their rotors off🚁 and we are ready to do it again!

Today is a special day for ARCH 2-4 because it is a bonus day with one of our favorite flight nurses, Ronica, before she heads off to her new job! Let’s keep her busy and add a few more flights to that roster!

We promise not to continue this trend after today, but we cannot let today go by without this post. 🙁

Today, we’re sad to say goodbye to Trey as he transitions into a new career. Trey has been a pivotal member of ARCH 24 for over 6 years, with several years at a sister base within Air Methods before that. He was our rock of consistency that could always be counted on. Our base and the communities we serve will miss having you in this role.

Please help us in congratulating him on his new adventures, as well as saying farewell. We wish you the best, sir!

Today is a bittersweet day at ARCH 24…

Today, we say goodbye to Ronica, our Clinical Base Lead for the last 4 years. She has been a member of our base for 6 years, but is now moving into a new role with Air Methods. While we’re sad she’s leaving, we’re excited to see her succeed and thrive in this new adventure!

In the same breath, we’re excited to congratulate Jake on being selected as the new Clinical Base Lead! Jake has been a member of our base for almost 5 years and should be a familiar face to all that see us out and about!

In true HEMS fashion, these two completed a scene flight together in the early hours of the day! With a lot of their shift left, please help us in congratulating both of them in their new roles! 🎉

📢ARCH 24 is excited to announce the newest member of our team, Blake Harnetiaux, RN! 🚁 Blake has hit the ground running and already has completed several flights in just his first few days at the base! 💪🏼 Welcome to ARCH 24, Blake! 🎉

Just out here doing that critical care transport thing! 😎 Hot day for sure, but our team safety completed a IABP transport. 🥵💪🏼🚁

The Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) is a cardiac assist device for patients whose hearts are very weak and not pumping blood to the body effectively. These critical patients often require transfer to a hospital with the highest level of cardiac services. 💔

Critical care in the air! 🚁 That's what we do! Kudos to our highly skilled clinicians, Anna and Jamie, and to our pilot, Mark, for the safe transport!
