📚 Join the Murray Public Library Board! 📚

Are you passionate about our community, lifelong learning, and helping shape the future of our local library? The Murray Public Library is currently seeking a community member interested in serving on the Library Board!

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Murray by helping guide library services, programs, and future initiatives that benefit residents of all ages.

✨ What does the Library Board do?

• Meet primarily once a month

• Develop and review library policies

• Discuss innovative ideas and community programming

• Support library growth and long-term planning

• Partner with the Friends of the Murray Public Library on fundraising efforts and special projects

• Advocate for literacy, education, and community engagement opportunities

• Help ensure the library remains a welcoming and valuable resource for everyone

📌 Board Term:

• 6-year term

• Term begins in July 2026
