HIRING FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician (with Benefits)
Persons desiring employment can pick up an application at the Housing
Authority office (716 Nash Drive) from 9 am to 3 pm., or download one at www.phamurray.org.
Deadline is September 10, 2026 at 3 p.m.
Maintenance Hours are 7:30 – 3:30 Mon-Fri.
After-hours on-call required.
High School Graduate (or equivalent).
Must have 3 years of experience in a related field.
Must have knowledge in residential: carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, heating/electrical. Skills in
common hand tools and ability to perform maintenance and repairs, perform tasks requiring
heavy to moderate manual work, follow oral and written instructions, and maintain effective
working relationships with employees, residents, and general public. EOE

The Calloway County Public Library is pleased to partner with Murray Calloway County Hospital Wellness Works to provide a Balance and Grip Fall Precaution Assessment on Tuesday, August 25, from 8:00-10:00 a.m.
No appointments are needed.
