did some surgery to fit ESU Powerpack. Cleaned up wiring, reverted to original arrangement, and replaced the tube drive with NWSL coupler.
the shorter wheelbase on these switchers calls for a "keep-alive". going to mount speaker in cab for clearance in the long hood.
