Summer is a time for fun, adventure, and making memories, but it's also important to keep safety top of mind. Murray-Calloway County Hospital encourages families to take simple precautions to help protect children at home, online, around water, and during outdoor activities.

Remember:
✅ Never leave children unattended near water or in a vehicle
✅ Keep kids hydrated and protected from the heat
✅ Talk openly about internet safety and screen time
✅ Secure fi****ms and keep them inaccessible to children

A few simple steps can help ensure a safe and healthy summer for everyone. 💙💛

This Men's Health Week, take a moment to check in on your health!

Sometimes the most important things on our to-do list are the easiest to put off. Regular checkups, staying active, getting enough sleep, and knowing your health numbers can all play a role in preventing serious health concerns.

If it's been a while since your last visit, now is a great time to schedule an appointment with your regular healthcare provider and take an active role in your health.

Use our Men's Health Checklist as a reminder to prioritize your well-being, not just this week, but all year long. Your health matters! 💙♂️💙

Congratulations to the winners of our baby items drawing - Molly Richardson (winner of a gift basket filled with baby care essentials) and Emma Dantuono (winner of a new car seat)!

A special thank you to Leanna Jackson and Abby Hammit for representing MCCH’s Miracle Moments program at the event. We appreciate their efforts to connect with families in our community and support healthy beginnings for our youngest patients.
