Congrats and welcome to Monica Williams, our new CCHS assistant principal!

She will replace Lynsey Smith, who is leaving CCHS this summer for Southwest Elementary.

Williams comes from East Calloway Elementary School, where she has served as principal for the last 10 years.

"I am incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to join the team at CCHS," said Williams.

"As a proud graduate of CCHS, it is especially meaningful to return to my alma mater in this role. Having worked with Mark Mallory for many years, I am confident that Mr. Mallory, Mr. Keeney, and I will be a strong administrative team. I look forward to connecting with students, building relationships with families, and working alongside the outstanding staff. Calloway County High School is such a special place, and it’s always a great day to be a Laker!"

Williams will begin her new position on July 1st.
