Woo hoo!! Check out our amazing news. We are so proud and so happy! Congratulations ChefMartin Corso and Chef Barb Cuyler for the inspired dish that rocked the -Cal Chef Open! 🏆🍽

We Won! 2018, 11th Annual Chef Open People's Choice Winner! I'd like to congratulate my whole staff, particularly Chef Barbara Cuyler, Monica Park, Brandy Wood, and Daniel Lewis for a tremendous day!
Although this is a "Chef" Open and Culinary competition, this was a team victory. Many hours and dedication has gone into the success of The Chef's Grille. I am proud to own this amazing business, and be supported by my entire staff of professionals.
I'd also like to acknowledge Oak Grove Center, and their incredible work and dedication to their students and of course all the competing Chefs their staffs. Amazing preparations!
A great day, a great accomplishment, for a great cause.

ChefMartin is excited to announce The Chef's Grille will be competing in the So-Cal Chef Open on Monday, Aug. 27th. The restaurant will be closed as we prepare for the competition and will REOPEN on Tuesday at 11am. Tickets are available at www.oakgrovecenter.org. We hope to see you there!

Very excited to announce we will be competing in the 11th Annual So-Cal Chef Open tomorrow August 27, 2018 at 5pm hosted in Pechanga’s Grand Ballroom. The Chefs Grille will be closed Monday to prepare for the competition but we would love to see you all out to support us!!! Hey everyone, it's been awhile since we've posted... We have some exciting news to share. The Chef's Grille has started our "Very Happy Hours". SEVEN days a week - 4:36pm to 6:34pm! Come on down this afternoon to relax with a glass and some great appetizers. And if you were wondering we have six beers on tap... CHEERS!

Happy Hours at the Chef's Grille! I've started to promote our daily happy hours. Hand picked wine and beer options, great menu specials, and those who know me know that I will be playing around on the grill doing some "unplugged" Culinary "whip-ups". Wow! What a great first lunch service at The Chef’s Grille! We met a lot of our new neighbors and saw many familiar and friendly faces. So if you’re unsure about what to have for lunch, come see us. We can definitely hook you up!

And a HUGE SHOUTOUT to all who joined us last night for our first dinner. We appreciate all of the support and feedback. ChefMartin Corso was busy this morning adding little tweaks here and there to make this excellent menu even better.

It’s finally here!! ChefMartin’s new restaurant The Chef’s Grille is gourmet casual at its best. The soft opening is today at 4pm!!

The menu is absolutely fabulous —- sandwiches, entrees, and salads. We currently are offering lunch and dinner. Breakfast and additional healthy options are right around the corner. 😊

The Chef’s Grille is located at 24660 Jefferson Avenue in Murrieta. Kalmia and Jefferson are our cross streets.

Current hours:
Monday - Thursday: 11am -8pm. Friday - Saturday: 11am - 10pm. Sunday: 12pm - 8am.
