is a non-profit agency offering employment training and community living assistance. We work closely with employers to develop employment skills needed in today's work force. takes pride in enhancing the community of Muscatine by helping people to become more independent. We offer Organizational Employment, Day Habilitation, and Supported Community Living programs.

A little friendly competition and a lot of sweet treats.

Thank you to Mayor Brad Bark and Tony Tone Loconsole for serving as judges for the dessert contest at our annual Summer Cookout. We appreciate your willingness to join the fun and spend time with everyone at Crossroads.

The Summer Cookout is one of our favorite traditions, bringing together clients and staff for good food, laughter, and lasting memories.

A trip to The Honey Den is always a sweet adventure.

From old-fashioned sodas and chocolate treats to giant gummy bears and fun surprises around every corner, there was plenty to explore during our visit. We enjoyed browsing the newly remodeled store, discovering favorite treats, and sharing smiles with friends along the way.

Sometimes the best part of the outing is simply spending time together and making memories in our community.

Yesterday's adventure took us to Sutliff Bridge, where we enjoyed sunshine, fresh air, and a chance to slow down and appreciate the world around us.

We spotted 10 turtles soaking up the sun, watched the water flow beneath the bridge, and shared lunch with friends on a beautiful day.

Taking time to explore nature helps us stay active, recharge, and enjoy the simple moments that often bring the biggest smiles. Sometimes the best adventures are the ones that remind us to pause, look around, and enjoy the moment.

Strong representation at the Women's Leadership Summit yesterday.

The summit provided an opportunity to connect with female leaders from across our community and engage in conversations about self-care, mental health, and the challenges that impact both our leadership and the teams we serve.

Working in professions centered on caring for others is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding. One of the strongest reminders from the day was the importance of recognizing what fuels us, taking time to recharge, and supporting those around us when they need to do the same.

Thank you to the Muscatine Women's Leadership Network for bringing together such an inspiring day of learning, connection, and reflection.

Even a chilly, windy day at Wildcat Den brought out plenty of smiles.

Our group spent the day exploring all that Wildcat Den has to offer. Some hiked the trails, some played, and others explored the historic mill. No matter how they chose to spend the day, everyone enjoyed time outdoors, fresh air, and a little adventure.

We wrapped up the day with lunch together and plenty of memories. Days like these are a great reminder that a little wind can't stop a good time.
