Meet Emily, who has served on the Pioneer Resources Board of Directors for almost a year!

Emily is the Business Development Manager at Greater Muskegon Economic Development, where she helps support growth and opportunity throughout our community. She brings that same community-minded spirit to Pioneer Resources, and we're grateful for her service and leadership.

When she's not working or volunteering, Emily enjoys camping, boating, attending concerts, and discovering new restaurants. She also stays busy with her family which includes her brand new husband, Rob (the two ae newly-weds!) her 7-year-old stepson, Crue, and their energetic 5-year-old yellow lab, Theo.

Thank you, Emily, for sharing your time, talents, and enthusiasm with Pioneer Resources!

Meet Cindy! For nearly 26 years, Cindy has been a familiar face behind the wheel at Pioneer Resources, helping people get where they need to go with kindness and care.

Since joining Pioneer in 2000, Cindy has worn many hats (and driven many routes!), adapting through countless changes over the years. From school routes to community transportation and medical appointments, she's been a steady presence for the people we serve.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband of 46 years, cheering on her four grandchildren at softball games, hockey matches, football games, and pageants, and enjoying the outdoors with her family, including hunting and fishing!

Thank you, Cindy, for your 26 years of dedication, compassion, and service!

Meet Alliy, our Community Integration Manager and a member of the team for 2 years. Alliy's journey is a great example of following where your heart leads you! She started in a different department, but felt drawn to her current role where she knows she's meant to be. In her words, "This job is truly what I was supposed to do in life, and I feel that in my heart every day."

Outside of work, Alliy enjoys caring for her 80 houseplants, reading, and her newest hobby - painting. She and her husband Branden have been together for 16 years and have two wonderful daughters, Kennedy and Emmaline.

Thank you, Alliy, for the passion, care, and creativity you bring every day!
