Life Circles PACE

Life Circles PACE Helping people with complex health & memory needs live at home, whenever possible since 2009. Emergency services are always covered. Who can join a PACE® plan?

LifeCircles Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) offers support to seniors and their family with the goal of keeping seniors at home instead of in facilities, with care available 24/7. LifeCircles is a complete health care program that includes items such as preventative, specialty, restorative and primary healthcare services as well as activities, in-home care, medical transporta

tion and much more. People who have both Medicaid and Medicare pay nothing for the program unless admitted to a nursing facility or seek medical care outside of the approved network of providers. You can join PACE® if:
-You are 55 years old or older.
-You live in the service area of LifeCircles (Muskegon County, Most of Ottawa County, and the Western half of Allegan County)
-You have a qualifying need for assistance (based upon the State of Michigan's regulations)
-You are able to live safely in the community with the help of our services. Call 616-347-3477 for more information!

Two buses full of PACE members, and their LifeCircles team, filled the streets of downtown Muskegon with a lot of noise, pride, and joy at the Juneteenth parade today! 🚎✨

Juneteenth marks a vital piece of American history. On June 19, 1865—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed—Union troops finally arrived in Galveston, Texas, to deliver the news and ensure that the last enslaved people were officially free. It is a day that honors freedom, resilience, and community.

As the "Grandmother of Juneteenth," Opal Lee, famously said: “We have to look after one another.” That simple, powerful truth is at the heart of everything PACE!

Today, we are also lifting up the memory of the late Patsy Petty. As the visionary who got Muskegon’s Juneteenth celebrations going, her legacy lives on every single time our community comes together like this.

Thank you Taking Back Muskegon Inc. for your continued leadership in our community.

Happy Freedom Day, Muskegon!❤️🖤💚

Some of our incredible PACE members and team took over the Capitol lawn in Lansing this week! We hung out with lawmakers to talk about a simple truth: growing older shouldn't mean losing your independence.

There’s a common myth that everyone eventually has to end up in a nursing facility. We're here to shatter that.

It's just common sense:
• Home is where the heart is: PACE gives older adults the medical care they need to stay right in their own homes, where they want to be.
• Real relationships over quotas: Our doctors and nurses aren’t rushing through 15-minute visits driven by insurance quotas. If a member needs a 45-minute visit at home, they get it.
• Smart spending: Skilled nursing facilities are incredibly expensive for taxpayers—on average, about three times the cost of PACE. PACE saves taxpayer dollars while delivering higher satisfaction and better health outcomes.

Quality care, dignity, and fiscal responsibility? That’s just health care with common sense.

A huge thank you to our local representatives for listening to our stories. Stay tuned—we’re dropping a behind-the-scenes Reel next week with more from our trip! 🎬

We love to dance, especially when musicians join us. Last month we enjoyed Mariachi at our Holland center.
