Happy September! 🍎📚 Fall is officially here at PLAY Muskegon, and our September calendar is PACKED with ways to play, learn, move, connect, and make new friends!

As your family settles into a new back-to-school routine, take a close look at our weekly classes and specialty sessions and add your favorites to the calendar. There’s something happening almost every week!

🍎 PLAY & Learn Tuesdays at 4pm starting TODAY! FREE stories, songs, sensory activities, snacks & more!
🚶‍♀️ Walk & Talk Fridays at 9am FREE! Grab the stroller and take a walk around Downtown Muskegon.
📚 Friday Storytimes at noon with a special guest starting the 11th.
💃 Dance Playhouse classes for ages 3–10, including Creative Movement, Kids Style Sampler & Beginner Jazz upstairs at The Stage At The Corner
🎨 Cozy Kitties & Canvas with West MI Paint & Create
🌱 Plant Swap with Little Miss Green Thumb
📖 A special book reading & signing with author Carla M. Flanders of CMF Marketing & Events
🏈 GAME DAY @ PLAY on Sunday, September 27 — tailgate fun, football snacks, and the Lions game with our PLAY community!
🎭 Plus, the Shoreline Theatre Fest, a Little Library Ribbon Cutting with the United Way of the Lakeshore, Mini Facials for Moms, and more!

And, of course, there is plenty of time for OPEN PLAY! We are open seven days a week from 9:00am–3:30pm, with Morning PLAY from 9–12 and Afternoon PLAY from 12:30–3:30.

A new year of PLAY & LEARN at PLAY Muskegon starts tomorrow. 🎊 Miss Allie and Miss Jacqui can't wait to welcome you to our first meeting of the school year! We will gather at PLAY Muskegon on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30pm.

We are so grateful to provide this programming in the Nelson Neighborhood of Muskegon and for our greater Muskegon community. It is with much thanks to a grant from the Muskegon Area ISD that this is possible.

The first Tuesday of each month will have a FREE dinner option for families. 🍽 The last Tuesday of each month will be when families take home extra surprises related to the book of the month. 📚

Monday’s theme for Broadway Babies is DANCE 💃🏼🪩

As we welcome September, we also welcome back our FREE, grant funded Play & Learn sessions ⭐️ 4-5:30pm on Tuesdays!
We are so happy to partner with the MAISD again this year! Join us for this month’s story, Bennie’s Pennies, as well as playtime, sensory activities, & snacks! ✨
This Tuesday, September 1, dinner will be provided to those who attend to celebrate the 1st session of the school year! ✏️📓

On Friday, we introduce Walk & Talk! Join Mrs. Jacqui at 9am with your kiddos for a stroll around downtown Muskegon to chat all things parenting! Afterward, stay for the PLAY Session and grab a drink from the Play Cafe! ☕️
