The Muskogee County Courthouse is closed today for Good Friday. We will reopen Monday, April 6th at 8:00 a.m.

The Muskogee County Court Clerk’s Office, as well as the courthouse, will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, 2026. We will open at 8:00 am.

Those of you that have been called for jury duty, check-in begins at 8:00 am at the Muskogee Civic Center.

Due to inclement weather, the Muskogee County Courthouse will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26, 2026. If you were scheduled to appear for a hearing tomorrow, please contact our office Tuesday for information on rescheduling.

We will reopen Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. I will keep you advised if that changes.

The Court Clerk’s Office will be open tomorrow, Friday, February 21st at 8 a.m. The jury docket begins Monday, February 24th and runs through Friday, March 7th. We will be returning all phone calls regarding jury duty tomorrow.

The Muskogee County courthouse will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 20th due to inclement weather. The Court Clerk’s office will be closed as well.

Muskogee County offices will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19th, due to inclement weather.

After polling our elected officials, it has been decided that the Muskogee County Services Building and Court House will be closed again tomorrow (Wed, February 19th) due to inclement weather. Road Crews will continue working around the clock to battle worsening road conditions.
