🚨 SCAM ALERT – PHONE CALL SCAMS 🚨

The Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office is warning citizens about scam phone calls in which callers falsely claim that you have missed jury duty or have an outstanding warrant and then demand payment.

Please remember: The Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office will never call you to demand payment over the phone for missed jury duty, warrants, fines, or any other legal matter.

If you receive a suspicious call, do not provide personal or financial information and do not send money. Hang up and contact the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office directly using a verified phone number if you have questions.

Please share this information with your family and friends to help prevent others from becoming victims of these scams.

UPDATE 6/14/2026 at 2:40. Both have been taken into custody. The Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the community and all agencies that assisted in locating both individuals.

Muskogee County Investigators need the public’s assistance locating the below individuals. They are wanted in connection with a human trafficking investigation. The subjects were last known to be in the Muskogee area. Please call Muskogee County Dispatch at 918-577-6906.
