We would like to thank Muskogee County EMS for all of their help on scene today. They provided us with water and cool packs to help us fight the heat. We can’t do our job alone, and we are grateful to the EMS crews for going above and beyond.

🚒About Jax!
Jax is from Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, where he was previously a firefighter! He has been married to his wife Lexi for 2 1/2 years and they are expecting a baby boy in November! Jax chose the path of being a fire fighter because he knew he wanted to help others and enjoys being a servant of his community, he’s most looking forward to building a strong relationship with the other members of the department, and being involved in the Muskogee community!

🚒About Charlie!
Charlie was born and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma where he still lives with his wife Allie! Allie and Charlie are also expecting a baby boy in 3 weeks! Charlie is most looking forward to giving back to the community that raised him, and wanted to join the fire department because of the daily new challenges being a fire fighter brings!

We are excited to have you both as members of our department and look forward to teaching you, encouraging you and working alongside you!

Yesterday, members of IAFF Local 57 presented a custom built gift, made by one of our own very talented members, on behalf of the union to show our appreciation to City Manager Kendal Francis for his participation in our live burn training exercise.
Thank you again, Kendal, for the commitment you have displayed to this city and its employees, your willingness to dig in when the pressure is on, and your resolve not to run from a challenge.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR RETIREMENT, STEVE! 🎉

After 25 years of loyal and dedicated service to the City of Muskogee, we would like to congratulate Haz-Mat Director Steve Beauvais on his retirement!

Steve, it has truly been an honor to work alongside you for the past 25 years. Your dedication, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to serving the citizens of Muskogee have made a lasting impact on our department and our community.

From all of us here at the Muskogee Fire Marshal’s Office, we want you to know how much we appreciate everything you have done throughout your career. While we will certainly miss having you around, we are excited to watch you begin this next chapter of your life.
