I purchased a left over 2018 Ram 2500 from this dealership, Gene was my salesman. He was very courteous and considerate. He helped make the process go smoothly. This is my first Ram vehicle and so far I am impressed with it, hope it turns out to be a long term reliable vehicle.

I found the Ram 2500 truck I had been searching for at Roberts Dodge, I had tried to purchase similar vehicles here in Dallas, TX but was unable to reach terms with the dealers. I was fortunate to talk with sales advisor Gene Points when I called to inquire about a truck they had on the lot, I was concerned that this would be difficult as I was also looking to trade in a vehicle. Gene navigated me through the process and we came to terms quickly after we agreed on my trade in value which met my requirements. I made the 4+ hour drive to Roberts, Gene and his team had everything ready to go making it a very pleasurable experience, they walked me through the features of the truck and then I was on my way home. I would definitely make this drive again as I saved thousands of dollars and the customer service exceeded my expectations.
