The Azalea Council of the Blind is a consumer-based group of blind and sighted people whose purpose is to provide resouces and advocate for more opportunities for visually impaired people. We gather for a meeting or activity once a month and everyone is invited. We meet Civitan Park Clubhouse in Muskogee, usually on a friday, as schedule permits.
