We recently took delivery of 4 brand new MSA G1 air packs, with some extra 45 minute bottles. We’re going to put them straight to work tonight training with Muenster VFD.

Low afternoon humidity and above normal temperatures will result in an elevated fire threat, even with lighter wind speeds on Wednesday and Thursday. Relative humidity will drop to as low as 15% percent for areas west of I-35. Avoid outdoor burning! Highs will climb into the mid 70s to low 80s both days.

Burn Ban Notice for Cooke County
As of 02/09/2026, the Cooke County Commissioners Court has issued a burn ban for all of Cooke County, Texas.

🔥🚫 COOKE COUNTY BURN BAN 🚫🔥

Due to ongoing dry conditions and high fire risk, Cooke County is under a burn ban. Dry vegetation and windy conditions can cause fires to spread rapidly, putting lives, homes, and property at risk.

Residents are urged to take extra precautions:
• Do not burn outdoors
• Fully extinguish and properly discard ci******es
• Be mindful when using equipment that may produce sparks

Your cooperation is critical in helping prevent wildfires and keeping Cooke County safe.

We just want to take a moment and thank everyone for a successful year. With an extra thank you to everyone that had a part in our yearly bbq. We love doing this and it wouldn’t be possible without the community support. We are very blessed to be able to have a department like our own.

Thank you to Muenster Volunteer Fire Dept Chief’s Page for allowing us to join in on your trainings and for the support. Training with other departments is very important and helps all of us collectively serve the community better. Thank you for treating us as one of your own.

Thank you to all the local departments that showed up to our yearly bbq. There are too many of you to tag but you are noticed and appreciated.

Thank you to our community and the surrounding communities. Everything you do to support us makes a world of difference, no matter how big or small.

Thank you to our wives, fiancées, etc for all the help and support. You help keep the wheels turning. Thank you for being involved. We wouldn’t be able to do it without you.

Wanted to send out a huge thank you to everyone that was here for us tonight. This event helps us keep the trucks fueled and the lights on, and allows us to keep doing our job.
The amount of help we had from friends, family, wives, and neighbors was incredible.
