Join us in congratulating Mr. Joseph Hughes (Coach Hughes to us)… our Teacher of the Year for FMS! Coach Hughes has been a dedicated science teacher at FMS for 11 years. He is also our boys head basketball coach and our fall sports Athletic Director. During his acceptance speech today he summed it up perfectly by reminding us all that helping young people become the best versions of themselves is what this job is all about. He builds up our kids both in the classroom and on the court! We are honored to have him represent the Gators as our TOY! His family came to surprise him for the special announcement! More photos coming soon.
