Ok everyone its that time of year and we are excited to keep the tradition of having Santa at our fire station its going to be December 2nd @ 1:30 so please come on down bring the little ones tell everyone you know we will be taking pictures and you can also take your own. So happy thanks giving and merry Christmas to all.

On 9/23/17 @ 02:14 hrs myton fire department was called to a brush fire just south of myton, when the call went to central dispatch the size of the fire was aprox 15' by 15' when myton units arrived it had grown to nearly an acre, Roosevelt fire department was called in to assist with there brush truck and the crews was able to contain it with no more than the acre being burned. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

Ok everyone its that time of year for the good ol myton daze 23rd and 24th come on down we are going to have a fireman breakfast at the city park behind the musim horseshoe tournament behind the post office sign ups @ 9am game starts @ 10am on sat and lots of kid games and dunk rank and bike races and much more so bring all the family and friends.

On 6-10-2017 @ 20:59hrs myton fire department. Was called out to a brush fire threatening a structure and would like to thank all the different agencies that assisted ( Duchesne,Roosevelt,Altamont,BIAforestry,Statelandsandforestry,and Duchesne county fire and emergency manager and the Roosevelt ambulance) and also the DCSO

At 21:24 hers myton was called for some embers still burning at the bottom of myton bench got it taking care of and everyone went home safe
