A huge shout-out to all of our amazing student guest stars who have stepped up to deliver the Joke of the Day during the daily morning announcements!

Honestly, watching you all drop dad jokes over the loudspeaker at 8:00 AM is the best part of the morning. You're keeping the staff laughing, the students groaning, and the whole building starting the day on a positive note.

Why did the students bring a ladder to the morning announcements?

Because they heard the Principal’s jokes needed a boost, but theirs were already on another level! 😂

Keep those knee-slappers and dad jokes coming! Who’s taking the mic next?

🎉 This week we celebrated more of our August birthdays!

📚 We love getting to see their smiles when they get to choose their new books for home!

Happy August Birthday to these students! We are now on schedule for the upcoming week and starting our September birthdays! 🎂

It was another stupendous week at Raguet! Check out some of the weekly wins:

1. Kindergarten kiddos are getting so good at opening the milk cartons! Little wins are big wins at Raguet!

2. Did you know we have some of the funniest kids in the whole city? Daily jokes have come from dragons all over the building! Shoutout to my budding comedians!

3. Thank you to our parents that came to the PTO meeting! Your support means everything!

4. We held our Title One and GT Interest meetings this week and had great turnouts!

5. The ACE program continued to take registrations for their FREE afterschool care that will start on September 8th. We have some spots left!

6. Our parents are displaying their Pick My Kid tags in the afternoon and we have the car line rolling!

7. Our students are now able to utilize the outside basketball goals that got put in at recess time!

It was a LEGENDARY week!!

🌟 2nd graders are learning all about Tall Tales this week. Today, the 2nd grade teachers were replaced with Paul Bunyan, a famous lumberjack to teach them all about his story! 🪓
