Join us on Saturday, September 19, 3 - 7 PM, for an evening of food, fun, community, and legacy before major changes at Camp Silver Beach!

For over 25 years, Camp Silver Beach has served more than 50,000 campers —shaping young leaders, building confidence, and creating core memories. This fall, camp is undergoing renovations to ensure that future generations can have the same amazing experience.

Your ticket includes:
- Unlimited Eastern Shore oysters
- Clams & barbecue
- Beer & wine
- Live music from The Southern Fog Band
- A breathtaking view of the Chesapeake Bay!

Facility update

The indoor pool will reopen at 11 AM with five drop in lanes available until 1 PM. We will still be close from 1 to 3 and then assume normal schedule.

Take a walk on the wild side this August! 🦁

Our membership swap with the The Virginia Zoo is back! From August 1–31, 2026, YMCA members can enjoy unlimited free visits to the zoo in Norfolk. Bring swimsuits for the kids! The fountains are on to help keep you cool.

What’s new at the zoo:
The baby otters have turned 1 and are making friends with gibbons and enjoying their new tire swing
Axolotls now live in the World of Reptiles building
African painted dogs are currently staying in the Asia section

Outdoor Pool: 12pm–6pm
