๐๐ฃ Congratulations to OREMC Scholarship winner Alexander Eddy, Camden County High School. Alexander is an active member of Boy Scouts of America, FIRST Robotics Team 3329 at Camden County High School, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Senior BETA Club, National Hispanic Honor Society, National Honor Society, Coding Club, Environmental Club, National Science Bowl, Chess Club, Skills USA, as well as the Catholic Youth Ministry. In Boy Scouts he as served as Assistant Scoutmaster, Junior Assistant Scoutmaster, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leader. He is also the FIRST Robotics Team CAD Captain and Chess Club President. Alexanderโs honors include: Eagle Scout, National Merit Scholar Semifinalist, Bausch and Lomb Honorary Science Award, Governor's Honors Nominee for Engineering, Junior Marshal, and GA Certificate of Merit. Alexander has volunteered over 100 hours at various Catholic parishes, more than 100 hours at food banks, over 58 hours at the Camden County Public Library, as well as the Humane Society of Camden County, Samaritan's Purse and Operation Christmas Child. He plans to attend Georgia Tech and major in mechanical engineering, with a minor in computer science. The award was presented by OREMC Board Vice President Steve Rawl.
