The park was developed in 2003 in partnership with the Nampa Optimist Football Organization. Football fields, soccer fields and baseball fields are all found at Optimist Park. With 15 acres of land, Optimist Park offers a great place to enjoy the vast open areas with the entire family. ti sports complex. he park shelter is available for reservations to the public. Children will have fun on the playground equipment at Optimist Park. Nampa Parks & Recreation holds the free movie in the park series Silver Screen on the Green at Optimist Park throughout the summer.
