One parfait, can be weeks of probiotic value.

I often hear, “400 billion? I can’t even picture that.”

So I made this comparison.

I know stopping by the farmers market isn’t as convenient as grabbing something off the grocery store shelf or online. But when you compare the advertised probiotic value, you might find that fresh, traditionally fermented food is worth the extra stop.

A few weeks ago, I dropped off samples at the lab because I was curious….
Is it really alive?

The results came back at over 400 billion live probiotics per parfait.

The numbers are exciting, but what makes me happiest is the confirmation that real fermentation matters.
