Tomorrow, June 1, we will have chair yoga at 10:30 followed by chair aerobics at 11:00. On Friday, June 5, we will have an AI Class, it will start at 5:00pm. Let me know if you’d like to come, should last around an hour, maybe a little more. 828-321-3020
