Contained withing document is thy\at 50% of the tax revenue will go to Regional Park and Open Space, why? 501 c3 NGO's awarded as grants. Hmm, why is my property taxed then my tax money handed out as a grant? This initiative will require the County and Park system to distribute to the above said NGO's as grantees.
NO MORE BAD TAXES, NO MORE HAND OUTS OF OUR TAX MONEY!
