Grow Wellness Foundation

Grow Wellness Foundation GWF promotes mental wellness by providing education and breaking down barriers to access to care.

05/29/2026

As Mental Health Awareness Month nears the end, we’re reminded that mental wellness isn’t built all at once—it grows through small, meaningful steps.

Checking in.
Taking a break.
Reaching out.
Every step forward matters.

At Grow Wellness Foundation, we are here to support underserved individuals and families in accessing the care they need—because everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and feel supported.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.

As we reflect with gratitude, we also recognize that days of remembrance can bring many emotions—grief, pride, loss, reflection, and quiet moments of heaviness.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we are reminded of the importance of compassion, connection, and care—for ourselves, for one another, and for those who may be carrying more than we can see.

May we lead with gratitude, kindness, and support today and every day.

Behind every hour of care, every conversation, and every step toward healing are compassionate clinicians who make this mission possible.

Today, we are honored to recognize Tiffany, Jenille, and Rosalina for the care, empathy, and dedication they bring to the individuals and families served through Grow Wellness Foundation.

Their work reminds us that mental health support is more than a service — it is connection, trust, understanding, and hope when someone needs it most.

Thank you for meeting people with compassion, helping remove barriers to care, and walking alongside those on their healing journey.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Note not all mental health struggles are loud.

Sometimes they look like showing up every day, smiling, and taking care of everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed.

Sometimes they look like being patient with your kids, even when your mind is racing and you’re running on empty.

Sometimes they look like laughing in public, then sitting in your car in silence before going inside.

Not everything is obvious. Not everything gets posted. And just because someone is functioning doesn’t mean they’re okay.

Mental health isn’t just about the hard days people can see. It’s about the quiet ones, too. So if you’ve been holding it together, doing your best, and carrying more than people know—that counts.

Everyone deserves support, care, and compassion, no matter their circumstances. Visit www.growwellnessfoundation.org for more information.

Talking may not fix everything—but it can be a powerful first step.

Starting the conversation can open the door to healing, connection, and support. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to carry everything alone.
