The 2026 Elementary Crosstown Classic is coming up on Saturday, October 17, and we want to see our D203 elementary students at the starting line!

📅 Date: Saturday, October 17

🌧️ Rain Date: Saturday, October 24 (if racing conditions are unsafe)

⏰ Check-in: 1:00 PM

🏁 Race Starts: 2:00 PM

📍 Location: Jefferson Junior High School

👟 Who Can Participate?
• Any D203 elementary school student
• Any Pre-K student who plans to attend a D203 elementary school for kindergarten next August

🚨 Registration Deadline: October 8!

Niche released their Best Public Schools list, and all District 203 K-12 schools ranked in the top 75 schools in Illinois, out of over 2,000! Some notable standouts are Kennedy at #2 for Middle Schools and Ellsworth at #7 for Elementary Schools.
