📊 Florida fact:

Young adults have some of the lowest seat belt use rates in the state - and some of the highest crash risks. 😞

If you’re driving with friends or family, make sure everyone is buckled before you go.

It only takes a second to save a life.

New title unlocked: Snake Wrangler 🐍😂

Corporal Jesse Granese came to the rescue after this friendly little visitor was discovered hanging out in the locker room. Thankfully, he safely relocated the unexpected guest before anyone had to add “professional snake dodger” to their résumé. 🤪

Protect and serve… and apparently wrangle snakes now too. 👍

We know, we know… we don’t want to think about hurricane season either. 🌪️😭

But now is the time to prepare for the worst while hoping for the best. A little planning today can make a huge difference later.

Check out some helpful information from Naples Fire-Rescue Department and make sure you and your family are ready before a storm is headed our way.

And don’t forget to plan for your pets, too! 🐾 Make sure you have food, water, medications, carriers, and updated tags ready to go in case you need to leave quickly.

Don’t wait until the last minute - get prepared now so you’re not caught off guard later. Stay safe, Naples! 💙

In Florida, unrestrained occupants are far more likely to be ejected during a crash, which dramatically increases the chance of serious injury or death.

Seat belts keep you where you belong — safe inside your vehicle.
