I believe it goes without saying that we are in another wave of COVID. Please do your friends and family a favor and stay quarantined if you feel ill, you never know what underlying condition someone may have. Remember good hand hygiene and wiping down frequently used surfaces goes along way.

Who can I contact to get the street fixed in front of my driveway, so that it does not wash away every time it rains and makes it hard to get in and out of our driveway. The ditches need cleaned out as well on First st.
I've tried calling City Hall several times and the phone just goes dead. Is there a secret to getting through?
I am looking for information about a Cemetery, just south of Napoleon. It is Pleasant Prairie Cemetery.. It's old, and its small. I can't find any burial information on the cemetery. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
Who do I contact about a permit?
Does anyone work at city hall? The number doesn't work??
SIGHTINGS ONLY NEEDED - Please, don’t think you can catch this dog, she is newly adopted and will run. Very scared so want to keep her in the area. Don’t leave food out as owner wants her to go to a feeding station. Thanks!
Any homes for rent in Napoleon area? delete if not allowed, Thank you, Looking for a friend,
I took the grand kids down to the park yesterday, 1/8/19, I met Kenny and John N. there. They showed me massive vandalism done there to the new airplane tetter-totter that Kenny donated, also the the wooden swing frame and one swing, also to the metal swing frame, and to the plastic tower and lastly to the beautiful Pin Oak trunk. It appeared that the damage was done with a broken cast iron lid about 12" in diameter and they used it as a hatchet or ax to hack and beat anything they could reach. Who ever did this needs to be brought before some authority and the "Fear of God" instilled in their conscience....
Tuesday 1/7/19, I talked to the new Sup at the MO Hwy Dept. I told him of 3 problems I knew of on 224 Hwy in Napoleon. One was a culvert that was buried on the south end between the two Beckmeyer fields on the west side of town. 2nd one was a wash on the east side up to the asphalt between John N. and Doug K. 3rd was the culvert that was buried on the east corner of the Voigt property across from Tennison's. He, Jesse Dunkle, said he would come out Wed, the 8th and according to John N. he did. I never saw him but John said that he saw them looking over the problem both at 1st St and at 2nd St. With that, I do hope that there will be some action to correct these problems before more serious problems develop on our Hwy.
We have a stranger in town.... she/he looks like an older dog, well kept, clean and neat. It looks like it is either lost or has been recently dumped. Right now, the last we saw of it, it was walking down Brian Neasham 's driveway. Anyone lost a dog or know who it might belong to?? Right now, it just seems to be wandering and looking for its home or a warm place to lay down.....
Napoleon businesses prior to 1938 ....
