As summer activities begin, just a reminder from the Village of Napoleonville, of the following public safety ordinances that are in effect; disturbing the peace, excessive noise, obstruction of roads and sidewalks, and its curfew of minors on the streets after 11 p.m. on weekends. We are encouraging all to comply with these rules and regulations. Be Safe and Enjoy your Summer!!!

Update from the Assumption Parish Waterworks District No. 1
The waterline was repaired last night. Unfortunately, another section of waterline a few feet away ruptured at 2AM this morning. We are currently working to repair this new section of waterline.
We will keep you all updated as we progress.
***The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory remains in place. ***

Update from the Assumption Parish Waterworks District No. 1
Assumption Parish Waterworks has isolated the main break and begun excavating to see what damage has occurred to the 14" line. Understand this may take some time to get fully excavated and assessed. Once assessment is completed the repairs will be begin assuming all parts needed are readily available.
***The Precautionary Water Boil Advisory remains in place. ***
Everyone is asked to please conserve as much water use as possible until full restoration is completed. There may be times when water pressure will be reduced due to peak usage.
We will update everyone as soon as more information becomes available.

Assumption Parish Waterworks is issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory for all of Assumption Parish

Message from the Assumption Parish Waterworks District No. 1
For precautionary measures, we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory for all of Assumption Parish. This is being done due to pressure falling under 20 PSI throughout may areas of the parish. There is a large water leak on a 14"main water line. The leak is in the Napoleonville area.
We will continue to provide periodic updates regarding the leak repair.
