Hot weather is going to return to Middle TN starting Monday and will stick around for the week. Highs will push into the 90s with a low chance of lower 100s mid to late week. The humidity will push heat index values into the triple digits.

With low rain chances, and warm temperatures, this weekend will be picture perfect! Make sure you get out and enjoy it!

Good afternoon, weather peeps, and how is everyone on this fabulous Friday? We're headed into the last weekend of August, and therefore the last weekend of meteorological summer. (But don't think for a second that the heat's about to end.) The next several days are going to be sunny and "hot getting hotter." We won't see appreciable rain chances until toward the latter part of next week at the earliest. Until then, it's time to enjoy some swimming pool weather while they're still open.
