Cloud is an Axolotl, a species of mole salamander that is found exclusively in the lake complex of Xochimilco near Mexico City.. in Volunteer Tennessee staff, Jason Scott's, office.. and at the Tennessee Aquarium as part of it's educational programming.. and it just so happens.. we will be hosting our next Corporate Social Purpose Network there later this month!.. at the Aquarium.. not Jason's office. 😶😁😶

Last week, Don Sowers, Volunteer Tennessee – State CERT Coordinator, presented an overview of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) preparedness training to Emergency Management Agency (EMA) directors from Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington Counties.🗣️

These EMA directors also announced expanded opportunities for residents to build emergency preparedness skills to help protect their families, assist their neighbors, and strengthen their communities through free CERT training.🎒

Evan Clyburn, Washington County EMA director, shared that through recent Tennessee - US-DHS District 1 grant funding, all eight counties received new CERT cargo trailers stocked with disaster response equipment.📻
